backupuser.exe is a process and is hidden deeply in any of your drives. Using hijackthis is the only way to solve the problem. You may also format your drive if you do not want to use hijackthis. Perhaps there&#039;re already some anti-virus that could detect this worm. You have to do a search. But again, I highly recommend you to remove it using the way I proposed in this article.
