Adobe Started Its Web-based Photoshop ExpressHey! Good news here for all photo lovers! Adobe has just launched its web-based photoshop service that offers image editing service to the consumers and allows them to quickly touch-up their photos and share them with friends online, just like Flickr. This service also offers two gigabytes of space for consumers to upload their photo online, but it does set some limits that photos can’t be bigger than 4,000 pixels in height and width or exceed 10 megabytes.

Its image editing application features several useful functions, like red-eye removal, auto correct, crop and rotate. Filters that let you add highlights, soft focus, saturation, and sharpness to your photos are also available with photostop express. The service is very easy and handy to be used, especially for those who are new in this field.

You don’t have to create an account to start using the service. But if you wish to edit or correct some of your older photos, you have to set up an account and sign in to your account to do so. Besides, once you’ve logged in, you are also allow to automatically connect the service to sites like Facebook, Picasa, and Photobucket.

The Photoshop Express is Flash based, all you need is to have flash installed in your computer. And it’s only work with Windows Vista, XP and Mac OS 10.4.

My views:
Slow internet, like 56k users may experience slow connection to the service at all times, but it’s useful for newbies that don’t need a heavy duty image-editing program.
